


She coaches such individuals on how to better leverage strengths, improve development areas, and manage strategically. The end result of a successful coaching relationship with Francesca includes demonstrated improvements in workplace effectiveness, managerial skills, professional relationships, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
She has always been fascinated by how people think and relate. Francesca was a top student in her undergraduate psychology honors program at the University of Michigan, receiving the Highest Honors award for her Masters-level thesis. She also was a trained crisis counselor for two years, where her interest in one-on-one coaching took root. And when Francesca entered management, she always considered coaching and developing her staff to be among her highest priorities.
Complementing her interest in helping people to grow, Francesca has extensive business experience, as she was an executive herself. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and was a management consultant for both Deloitte Consulting and McKinsey & Company, where she advised senior managers on a variety of strategic and operational business issues. Francesca then transitioned to internal management, serving as Vice President of Marketing for a technology company and Director of Marketing for KBtoys.com/eToys.
Her formal coaching education is with the ICF-credentialed Coaches Training Institute, developer of the world-renowned Co-Active coaching model. Francesca authored the proprietary Choice Pak™, which uniquely integrates management, strategic and interpersonal skill development and helps guide clients to substantive and lasting improvements.
